OUR STANDARDS

Editorial Policy

This policy sets the editorial standards applied to reporting in European Bus Glass Journal. It is reviewed as our reporting practices and the relevant technical requirements evolve.

Source verification

Prioritise official manufacturer communications, technical documentation, standards bodies and first-hand reporting. Confirm dates and model names. Every story contains a Sources section with links to the original material. When independent corroboration is unavailable, clearly attribute claims to the relevant manufacturer or organisation.

What is analysis?

Fleet maintenance implications and glazing observations are editorial analysis, not verified technical specifications. Never invent glass dimensions, OE numbers, material properties, homologation status, prices, stock availability or installation procedures.

Corrections and dates

Show the actual publication date. Historic developments may be published as retrospectives, but must never be backdated to suggest the Journal existed or reported at the time. Substantial corrections should be disclosed; an update date reflects a meaningful edit.

Images and rights

Use owned photographs or images with documented publication permission and appropriate attribution. A press-room download is not automatically permission for commercial reuse. No unrelated image may be presented as documentary evidence of the featured vehicle or technology.

Editorial verification and accountability

The Journal is responsible for all published material. Editorial checks cover the accuracy and attribution of claims, the availability of primary sources, image licensing, and the distinction between verified facts and analysis. Any substantial correction is handled under the Corrections and Updates policy. Where an assertion or publication right cannot be verified, the material remains unpublished.

Conflicts and promotion

European Bus Glass Journal is based in Poland. We do not offer editorial coverage in exchange for links. Commercial and sponsored content, if introduced later, will be clearly labelled and comply with applicable link qualification rules.
